By registering an account or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Tomato AI provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images. We integrate multiple third-party AI models including Jimeng 3.0, Veo 3.1, Sora 2, and Kling 3.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Video generation consumes credits based on duration, resolution, and model selection. Free credits are provided to new users upon registration.

4.2 Purchases

• Credit packages and subscriptions are available for purchase via PayPal.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
• Purchased credits have an expiration period as stated at the time of purchase.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@seeddance.io within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original prompts and images you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

6.2 Generated Content

Usage rights for AI-generated content depend on your subscription plan and the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Commercial usage rights are available on supported plans as described on our pricing page.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates AI models from third-party providers (ByteDance, Google, OpenAI, Kuaishou, etc.). These providers have their own terms of service. Tomato AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any of these model providers.

8. Disclaimers

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any content you create or how you use generated outputs.
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomato AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tomato AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
